Yes, you can change or cancel your subscription plan at any time. To do that, log in to your Agenteur account and navigate to the Billing section of your dashboard. Note that even if you change or cancel your subscription plan, it will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. You can always renew your subscription in case you change your mind.
What payment options are available?
You can use a credit or debit card, or bank transfer (available only for annual subscriptions) to pay for your subscription plan.
What is plan overuse
The plan overuse option allows you to continue using our service even after you reach the monthly limit of purchased candidate contacts. If you choose to enable the plan overuse option, you will be able to purchase additional candidate contacts at the standard rate per contact of chosen subscription plan after your initial monthly balance is depleted.
